Reminding Myself I Am Human..
I am out of town on business, and I didn't want to bring my eating habits with me, but I knew I could still monitor my eating... But, I did not come close to caring at dinner time. I had. Large breakfast, and lunch I had pizza, but I also had a salad, and I stayed in my calorie count.. Until dinner. I just ate. I ate smaller portions but a wider variety of foods. Unhealthy foods... No dessert.. I ate almost a full days worth of calories just for dinner.. I felt so bad. I'm not over 1,800 but definitely not in my normal range... Tomorrow it's back to business, and less crazy days... I don't mind allowing myself to eat like that, but habits I will not revert back to. I need to learn better eating habits, regardless of what food is around... Period..
