Learning.. Slowly
I am finally learning what it takes to eat healthier instead of diet. I am not dieting, I'm trying to change my eating habits. I used to have two meal shakes a day, now sometimes I'll have a lunch with the same calorie count as one shake. Maybe not as many nutrients as one, but I'm learning how to replace them. I am still losing weight. I have started going to the gym, which has caused me to have to up my daily calorie count, and that has been hard. It's scary for me knowing I lost decent weight at 1200 calories to up it to 1500 or 1600 calories, but the idea here is balance... And I'm slowly learning how to do that. Yesterday I learned to never go anywhere with your grandmother if food will be around, lol. We are yesterday, and I consumed about 2000 calories yesterday, but I know one bad day will not kill my mission. Today I plan to go pump them calories out one at a time. I'm learning, its a process, but I'm doing good I think.
