Moving on!
So today is day 5 in my dietary journey, and I feel amazing! I feel skinny, if that makes any sense. I don't feel heavy, or sluggish, or weighed down, and I credit the water drinking. I have been chugging water bottles to try to stay full. If I feel hungry, and I have already eaten or snacked, I chug water, which helps keep me full and adds to my water count. Win win! I am down 2lbs! (strike up the band!) okay.. Not that big of an accomplishment I know, but for me it's huge! I went from actively gaining weight to losing it. Oh, and I changed my extreme to not so bad.. I couldn't do extreme, and that's okay, it wasn't healthy anyway. I still drink my calories for breakfast and lunch, and consume mostly liquid snacks, jello or apple sauce, but I eat dinner. And I don't feel bad about it! I have been looking into healthy, calorie smart snacks, like granola bars and low calorie snack packs, and I now count calories instead of restrict food. And of course it's a 1,200 calorie diet. I actually consume a bit more, so it's more like a 1,300 calorie diet, but but its still a weight loss amount instead of a weight gain amount. So just wanted to update my non-existent audience in my progress. (if you read this please let me know you're there! I would love to know I have a follower or two!)
