New Life, New Me!
It's been fun so far! I walk every weekday morning, mostly because I'm already out, but still, every morning. I eat a small breakfast, mostly to keep me from getting hungry, I'm super hungry in the am! Then throw on my leggings and t-shirt and go out walking. Then come home and do some yoga. I'm trying to start hiit, (High Intensity Interval Training), and some mornings I do manage to get some interval training in, but mostly it's just walking and yoga. And tho its slow, I have seen some progress! I have a hard time giving myself credit for what I have accomplished, but slow progress is still progress! Hopefully I can keep this up, and even continue during the summer months, which I see a slack off only because school will be out, which is why I am even alive at that hour during the week. I will keep you guys updated as time goes on, I'm only almost two weeks in, so let's see how far this goes! Before is Sept. 30th, after is Oct. 6th.
